2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you register for an account
  • Billing Information: Payment details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store your full credit card number)
  • Content: Text prompts, configuration settings, and preferences you provide for video generation

2.2 Information from Third-Party Platforms

When you connect your TikTok or YouTube account, we collect:

  • TikTok: User ID (Open ID), display name, profile avatar, and OAuth tokens (access token and refresh token) necessary to publish content on your behalf
  • YouTube: Channel ID, channel name, and OAuth tokens necessary to upload videos on your behalf

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • IP address and browser type
  • Usage data and interaction with the Service
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process your video generation requests
  • Publish content to your connected TikTok and YouTube accounts as directed by you
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send you service-related notifications and updates
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Improve and optimize the Service
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud or technical issues

4. Third-Party Platform Data

4.1 TikTok Integration

We access TikTok's API using the following scopes:

  • user.info.basic: To retrieve your display name and profile information for display within our Service
  • video.upload: To upload generated videos to your TikTok account
  • video.publish: To publish uploaded videos to your TikTok profile

We only access your TikTok account when you explicitly initiate a video publish action. We do not access your TikTok followers, messages, or any data beyond the scopes listed above. OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form and are only used for the purposes described in this policy.

4.2 YouTube Integration

We access the YouTube Data API to upload and publish videos to your channel. We do not access your subscribers, comments, or analytics data. You can revoke access at any time through Google's security settings.

4.3 Revoking Third-Party Access

You may disconnect your TikTok or YouTube account at any time from the Connections page in your account settings. Upon disconnection, we will delete the stored OAuth tokens for that platform. You may also revoke access directly from the third-party platform's settings.

5. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data (OAuth tokens, API keys) at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption
  • Secure HTTPS connections for all data in transit
  • Password hashing using industry-standard algorithms
  • Rate limiting and abuse prevention on all API endpoints

Generated video files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after processing and publishing.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party services that help us operate the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, cloud hosting providers, AI model providers)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to respond to legal process
  • Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of Faceless AI, our users, or the public

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated videos are stored temporarily during processing. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
