Faceless AI is a platform that enables users to generate short-form video content using artificial intelligence. The Service allows users to create videos (including Reddit stories, AI slideshows, and quote videos) and publish them to third-party platforms such as TikTok and YouTube through authorized API integrations.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Third-Party Platform Connections

The Service allows you to connect your TikTok, YouTube, and other third-party platform accounts to publish content. By connecting these accounts, you:

• Authorize Faceless AI to access your account through the platform's official API
• Grant permission to upload and publish videos on your behalf
• Acknowledge that your use of third-party platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service
• May revoke access at any time through your account settings or the third-party platform's settings

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. However, you are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish, including ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies. You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or bans

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
